We have developed a miniature NPWT in the size of common household bandages, which are not only small but at a cost close to the current adhesive bandages .
Vandage is a small size bandage to be placed on cuts and wounds.
This small bandage provides a negative pressure over the surface of a wound, accelerating the healing process and soothing the pain.
A vacuum pump, a controller, and a small battery are all placed inside a small compartment that can stick to the top surface of the bandage.
By leveraging ultra-compact MEMS technology, we have been able to generate a vacuum suitable for NPWT at a scale equivalent to modern wearable technologies
